Wilderness and Remote First Aid
This adventurous course is for those who have an interest in sharpening skills and strategies to provide extended care to those in need for up to 24 hours. A portion of this course is taught in an outdoor setting that requires greater physical activity and endurance than typical first aid training.
Participant must be in good health and physical condition.

Suitable for those who work or live in remote locations or who are outdoor recreation enthusiasts.

Course Prerequisites
Camping gear and food for weekend is not provided. Students must bring their own.

20 hours (more than 25% of course taught in non-urban setting, if possible 50%)
