Marine Basic First Aid (MBFA)
This two-day course provides focused topics from the marine/fishing industry for those who are expected to provide first aid in a marine environment. Meeting the requirements of Transport Canada outlined in Transport Publication (TP) 13008 E, participants will attain scenario-based training to prepare for unique situations that may occur while at sea.

Course Prerequisites
None
A student does not require a CDN in order to participate in a MBFA course
Course Duration
16 hours in-class
Completion:
- Successfully demonstrate skills and critical steps
- 75% mark for written knowledge evaluation
- Attend and participate in 100% of the course
